Lately, I have been interacting more with class 10 students and talking about their exam preparation. I am talking about exams and result preparation. I am moving forward by learning how important this tenth class is and by teaching the children. While sitting and thinking like this, I was able to realize how important these ten days are.

When I was supposed to be in class 10, I was already nervous about the board exams. At home on one side, on the other side at school, everyone is studying the same thing. You have to pass otherwise there is no future. Going a little further, I still remember what my father said. "Tenth Fela De Sida Kuri Kayo Job Guarantee" has now changed. The way children think has changed. The pattern of examination has changed. Ways to crack the exam seem a little easier now. On this occasion, I remember the words of my teacher Shri Sakreppagowda in his speech.

“The way our mother cooked for us was unique. Once she fed the roti into a round shape, once again she fed it like a roll, once she fed the rotti into a multi, sometimes she fed it by pointing at the moon, sometimes she fed it with love. She did not leave till we had dinner but did she have any coaching, which B.Ed. When she finished, she had an idea of how my child would be fed, she understood her son's mind and loved her more.

Mother gave bread but the ways were different. Like this, all of us who are teachers read the same DSERT textbook, and we all have to learn the ways of teaching children like a mother. If the teacher knows the fact that all children will learn, if the teacher knows the fact that our students will learn interestingly, the result will surely increase.

The above words are very harsh truth. Only the customs have changed, and the content remains more or less the same. We as teachers need to inspire our children. Teachers and parents should never let go of the indifference that our boys will not pass. Their reading needs should be provided more during this time. They should be treated with more love. Be very careful at this time.

It is natural for the mind to be distracted during this exam. This 10th class age also creates volatility. When you sit down to read, something else comes to your mind, so it is good for children to meditate for a while every day. Meditation helps to focus the mind on one point. If your mind comes under control, everything you read becomes understandable. A clear mind is very much needed now. We all get tensed over small things. These tensions seem to be the worst in the context of feeling normal.

On the one hand, there is a fear of not having read all the text material, and on the other hand, there is a fear of what questions may come. The confusion begins as to what the exam will be like, and what questions will be asked. Due to this the mind gets distracted and cannot read. With meditation, the mind is lightened and motivated to read. Lightening your mind is needed at this time. Meditating during exams activates the left and right sides of a person's brain. When the brain is sharp, the mind flourishes. More reading is encouraged. With the purification of the body, mind, and intellect, the two parts of the brain become active and acquire more memory. This will reduce negative thoughts and increase brain performance. It is best to stay away from negative thoughts at this time. Make sure that negative elements do not surround you for any reason. Try to think more positively.

At the same time, the problem that bothers us is the presence of Nidradevata. Especially during the exam, sleep more than on normal days, yawn while reading, thinking about things that are not there, in such a time more vigilance and a clean mind is very necessary. When Idra deva comes, it is more appropriate to sit down to read again and take your mind somewhere else. Also, do not forget that there is a need for adequate sleep during this time. If you feel sleepy stop reading and start writing content. Comprehend the reading material and prepare your own notes. If you are a daily reader, you need a suitable schedule for your reading material. No matter how many times we make a schedule and put it in the corner, follow it properly as much as possible.

May you always have positive and confident thoughts about the exam at this time. There are many opportunities where many people will tell you the wrong ways, it is necessary today to make a firm decision that you will be positive and study without listening to anything. If you face problems while studying, you should immediately discuss the subject with the teacher and find a solution. Sometimes you have questions to which you don't find the answer, there are many possibilities of the same question appearing in the exam, so don't go to the exam with any confusion but it is necessary to go to the exam with clarity.

Do not compare yourself with another classmate in terms of test scores, because not everyone has the same intellectual ability. Make a firm decision that I want to score this much in the exam and try for it. You should not restrict yourself but build confidence. Don't stress yourself too much. If the stress increases, the memory will decrease.

Take care of serving meals on time during the exam. Don't stay up late at night reading, instead make a firm resolve to read in the morning. All the students should take care not to distract themselves from television, mobile phones, and computers during the examination. Suggest behaving cordially with friends and officials without any quarrel. Time conflicts destroy the peace of mind. Compete in reading and writing with your friends. Compete positively. Make a habit of going to bed early and waking up early and maintaining mental concentration by doing exercise, yoga, and meditation. In this case, it is natural that marriage, Munji, and festival come, celebrate them too but don't celebrate festival only on Edi week.

Dear parents and teachers tell all the above things to the children who are currently studying 10th class or facing any exam because “10th time is not important”.
