METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. In a bowl, add large pieces of meat, thinly sliced ​​onions (toothpicks on the hands to release a little juice), salt, pepper, and squeeze lemon juice. Season to your liking with your favorite meat spices (also suitable for adding herbs such as parsley, basil, and rosemary).

2. Then cut the lemons themselves into slices and also put them in a bowl. Mix everything well.

3. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (overnight).

4. Drizzle the marinated meat on a skewer (remove the onions and lemon from it as soon as it sticks) and fry. Delicious!

Advice:

• If you marinate the meat for a short time (for example, 2-4 hours), it is better not to cut the onions, but grate them through the beetroot grate - this will release the juice, which softens the meat, faster.
