CHICKEN:
400 grams

FOR SAUCE:

mayonnaise

lemon

mustard

1/4 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
PREPARATION TIME: MORE THAN 1 HOUR
1. Prepare the chicken. In a bowl, whisk the egg, a spoonful of the melted cream cheese, and the chicken seasoning. Add the strips of the chicken fillet to the mixture and stir until evenly covered with the mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour.
2. Put the nuts and seeds in a food grinder and chop until coarse.
3. Prepare the potatoes. Wash the potatoes well, and wipe the skin clean. Cut into slices. Put in a bowl, pour cold water, and let stand for an hour. Then drain the water and dry the potatoes well with paper towels.
4. Preheat the oven to 220 áµ’C (heating from above and below without wind).
5. Sprinkle the potato slices with oil, season with potato spices, and chopped fresh herbs. Mix well to cover all the slices evenly with the mixture.
6. Arrange the prepared potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until soft and deliciously browned.
7. At the same time, finish cooking the chicken. Remove the marinated pieces from the refrigerator. Take one piece at a time and roll in the nuts and seeds in crumbs to cover evenly on all sides.
8. After half the cooking time for the potatoes (15 minutes), place the chicken strips next to the same pan. Return to the oven and bake for the remaining time (another 15 minutes).
9. Prepare the sauce. Put all the ingredients for it in one bowl and mix very well until smooth. Store in the refrigerator until served.
10. Serve chicken strips with fries and sauce.
