burger buns (we used FAZER STREET FOOD brioche buns)

zucchini (young)

halloumi cheese (about 140 grams)

humus

champignons (medium)

sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)

lemon juice
1 slag
olive oil (especially pure)
to taste

ground black pepper

to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
PREPARATION TIME: ABOUT 1 HOUR
1. Crush the avocado with a fork. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper.
2. Cut the mushrooms into large slices.
3. Sprinkle the mushrooms and zucchini with salt and black pepper and the strips of Halloumi cheese with dried basil and oregano. Bake on both sides on the grill or in the pan until nicely browned.
4. Also heat the burger buns slightly on the grill or pan.
5. Coat the underside of the buns with grated avocado. Put on the lettuce leaves. Lay Halloumi cheese, lightly chopped sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini, and champignon slices. Sprinkle with olive oil. Cover the tops of the buns with hummus and cover the burgers.
